5 things to do before your home inspection

Before your home inspection - here are a few things to keep in mind:

1.) Prepare a list of questions for the home inspector

2.) Review the seller's disclosure carefully

3.) Prepare to spend between 2-3 hours at the house for the inspection

4.) Bring a notepad + pen for recording important information

5.) Bring a tape measure to take necessary measurements for furniture placement + room layout
