This greatly improves the overall quality of the inspection and often eliminates the need for a second inspection. When delta's engineers inspect a house, there won't be a need to hire a structural engineer. Home Inspections:
All of Delta Inspections Services, NJ Inc. inspectors are licensed structural engineers and licensed home inspectors who have worked in the engineering and inspection businesses for more than 30 years. They have performed over 30,000 inspections, taking extreme care and pride in the quality of each inspection.
Commercial Inspections:
Our engineers have performed over 3,000 commercial inspections, including office buildings, warehouses, school buildings and retail establishments.
Radon Testing:
Delta's engineers have been performing radon testing for over 30 years. Our engineers are trained in the testing protocols.
Wood Boring Insect Inspections:
Delta's engineers will inspect your property for termites, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, and powder post beetles. Evidence of wood boring insects is found in approximately 35% of residential structures.
Mold Inspections:
Delta provides visual mold inspections to check all accessible areas of the house for mold growth. Delta also provides swab sampling and air sampling as requested.
